On March 1, 2023, the District Court for Garfield County, Colorado Preliminarily Approved a proposed class action settlement agreement reached between the Plaintiffs and TEP Rocky Mountain, LLC in Case No. 2022-CV-30079. The proposed class-wide settlement agreement relates to TEP Rocky Mountain, LLC’s calculation and payment of gas royalties pursuant to certain oil and gas leases.
