BIOGRAPHY

For more than fifteen years, Stacy Burrows has successfully litigated complex legal matters in federal and state courtrooms throughout the United States. Throughout her career, Stacy has consistently demonstrated her ability to effectively represent her clients by assisting them in obtaining over $50 million in judgments. Stacy has served in major roles as co-lead counsel and lead counsel in numerous complex oil and gas class action cases, which often include fierce discovery disputes and extensive motion practice regarding various complex substantive legal and factual issues.

Stacy is a trial lawyer with steep experience in various substantive areas of the law including, but not limited to, class action oil and gas royalty underpayment matters, mass action employment law related matters, wrongful death actions, medical malpractice claims, mass action oil and gas operator trespass claims and other complex matters. Stacy is currently acting as co-lead counsel in a complicated mineral owner trespass case in the U.S. District Court of Colorado, where she obtained class certification status for a group of landowners who had asserted trespass claims against one of the largest oil and gas operators in the U.S. Stacy has also been designated by the U. S. District Court for the District New Jersey as a member of the Plaintiffs’ Steering Committee in the Multi-District Litigation In Re; Valsartan N-Nitrosodimethylamnine (NDMA), Losartan, and Irbesartan Products Liability Litigation, MDL Case No. 2875. Stacy has provided valuable leadership, assistance, and teamwork on dozens of other cases at our firm, resulting in favorable outcomes for many clients
